1st group of ingredient – 24 Ayurvedic herbs ( list given below) mixed in equal proportions
Vyosha – Piper longam, Piper nigrum and Zingiber officinale
Vidanga- Embelica ribes
Shigru – Moringa olifera
Trifla- Embelica myrobalans, Terminalis bellerica , Terminalia chebula
Katurohini – Picrorhizza kurrou
Bruhati dwaya – Desmodium gangeticum, Uraria picta
Haridra dwaya – Curcuma longa, Berberis aristata
Paatha – Cissampelos pareira
Ativisha – Aconitum heterophyllum
Sthira – Saussurea costus
Hingu – Ferula asafoetida
Kebuka – Costus speciousus
Yavani- Trachyspermum ammi
Dhanya- Coriandrum sativum
Chitrak- Plumbago zeylanica
Sauvarchal lavan – Black salt
Ajaji- Cuminum cyminum
Hapush- Mangifera indica

2nd ingredient – whole Barley – bran+ endosperm + germ.

3rd ingredient – cold pressed sesame oil

4th ingredient – bilona cow ghee

5th ingredient – Honey ( optional)
